Year End Banquet

This year our Year-End Holiday Banquet is Saturday, December 3rd, 2011 and will be held at the Madeira Beach, Elks Lodge. Every year we take the time to THANK our sponsors, members and volunteers that make our organization possible. We also donate the proceeds from all the tournaments to our benefitting charities.  This year we are donating to All Children’s Hospital, PARC, Children’s Dream Fund, Celma Mastry Ovarian Cancer Foundation and TASCO. It is a great presentation to be part of.
Here is the basic agenda for the evening:

5:30 – Cocktail Hour
7:00 – Dinner Buffet
8:00 – Year End Movie, Charity Check Presentations & Year-end awards
9:00 – Best Decorated Hat Raffle, Dessert, Music & Dancing

Tickets for the Stained Glass drawing are $5 each. Board member, Dave Reed, created a masterpiece that will look great no matter where  it hangs.

Seating is limited … Reserve your seats today!  Tickets are $35 per person (until Nov. 28th); $40 at the door and are first come, first serve basis. Price includes dinner buffet, one drink ticket, one raffle ticket and a year end gift.

Decorate and wear a SANTA HAT contest … we will be awarding the BEST decorated santa hat with a $50 Visa Gift Card! So, get out your hats, make them crazy and bring ‘em or wear ‘em to the banquet for your chance to win!
