1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The IN-OFF Pendant giveaway contest is open to anyone residing in the United States or US Territories.
2. To enter the contest each participant must provide their complete name, mailing address and email address on the Official Entry Form web page and click “submit” at the bottom of the Official Entry Form web page. Submission of the Official Entry Form signifies that the participant has read and agrees to the official rules of the contest. Answers to other registration questions are appreciated, but not required to participate in the contest.
3. Entry must be on the Official Entry Form. Old Salt Fishing Foundation and Johnston Jewelers does not assume responsibility for phone, technical, network, electronic, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, garbled, or delayed internet/email computer transmissions, or lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, stolen, incomplete, or misaddressed entries.
4. This contest begins October 6, 2011 and ends at noon Eastern Standard time on December 1, 2011.Participants are limited to four (4) entries per person. Duplicate entries by participant will be voided. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received.
5. The Prize: There will be two (2) winners for this contest. The 1st prize in a random drawing is one (1) *Snook Pendant* from Johnston Jewelers (valued at $410 dollars) the 2nd prize is one (1) *King Mackerel Pendant* from Johnston Jewelers (valued at $250 dollars). There will be no substitution of prizes and no cash will be awarded in lieu of merchandise or awards.
6. The Winners: The winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 1, 2011. Drawings will be done by Old Salt Fishing Foundation and judges’ decisions are final on all matters relating to this contest. If Old Salt Fishing Foundation is unable to locate a given winner, an alternate winner will be selected by a second random drawing. The winner will be notified by email. Allow approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery of the prize. All shipping and handling expenses will be covered by Old Salt Fishing Foundation. Old Salt Fishing Foundation will only ship the prize to addresses in the US or US Territories.
7. By entering the contest, the participants (a) agree to the official rules and that the decisions of the judges are final in all respects; and (b) release Old Salt Fishing Foundation and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
8. Board Members of Old Salt Fishing Foundation and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the contest.
9. All federal, state, and local laws and restrictions apply. Offer void where prohibited, or otherwise restricted under federal, state, or local laws, rules or regulations.
