LATE REGISTRATION
Today only we are still accepting late registrations. There are 3 ways to get entered into the event:
1. Download this form and fax it in (or drop by my office) 7600 131st Street N til 4pm today. You can fax it in to my office until 10pm tonight.
2. Dogfish Tackle (off Park Blvd.) Open til 7pm
3. Bett’s Fishing Center (off Starkey Rd.) Open til 6pm
We accept Cash, Check with Drivers License, Mastercard, Visa or Discover.
